When it comes to financial management, transparency is key. We prepare annual service charge budgets in plain English, issue demands, and manage collections with sensitivity. Funds are always kept in separate trust accounts, and we provide clear financial reporting so you know exactly where every penny goes. We also forecast longer-term needs, helping you plan for future repairs or improvements.

Block management comes with a heavy load of legislation, but we’ll keep you safe and compliant. From health and safety and fire risk assessments to company secretarial support (AGMs, registers, and filings), we handle the detail so you don’t have to. We also liaise with solicitors during leasehold sales, ensuring smooth transactions.

We work with specialist brokers to ensure your block or estate gets the best cover at the best price. Insurance claims are handled quickly and professionally, with regular reviews to guarantee value for money.

We arrange regular risk assessments and, where necessary, asbestos monitoring and fire safety reviews. For major works — such as external redecorations — we manage every stage, from specifications and surveys to resident communication and contractor supervision.
