For major works, we carry out the legally required Section 20 consultation and coordinate surveyors, contractors, and residents to keep everything compliant and stress-free.
When it comes to financial management, transparency is key. We prepare annual service charge budgets in plain English, issue demands, and manage collections with sensitivity. Funds are always kept in separate trust accounts, and we provide clear financial reporting so you know exactly where every penny goes. We also forecast longer-term needs, helping you plan for future repairs or improvements.
